Are you an Australian owned company?
Yes, MatTek is 100% Australian owned.
MatTek has a vast number of matting products. Are they all manufactured in Australia?
The majority of our products are produced here in Australia, however, we do stock a range of imported mats from our overseas factories.
Is MatTek able to personalise, measure & quote for different matting requirements?
Yes we have onsite consultants located throughout Australia, a certified installation team in every state and a complete manufacturing facility for speed, accuracy and efficiency.
I am not sure what we need. Is MatTek able to work with us to provide a solution for our requirements?
Yes, MatTek take pride in our staff’s vast industry experience and they are on hand to assist with any questions or advice required by our clients. Our staff are good listeners and there is no matting challenge we cannot solve. After all, we are Australia’s matting experts able to offer a matting solution that works.
Can MatTek produce custom-made mats including different sizes and shapes?
Yes we do, we have control our manufacturing in house so we are able to customise a solution for your exact application.
I have seen a matting solution, but cannot find it in your brochures or on your website, does that mean that you cannot manufacture it?
MatTeking has the facilities and network to manufacture or import any type of matting solution to meet our clients’ requests. We work with our customers to provide whatever mats are required to best suit the application on time and on budget.
Do your logo mats come with a warranty against manufacturing defects?
They certainly do and all mats manufactured or imported by MatTek are inspected prior to leaving our manufacturing facilities.
Is MatTek able to provide sample matting products, if required?
Yes. We offer samples of all of our products to assist you in choosing the right type of matting product. Please contact one of our friendly staff members to organise a sample.
Where do you ship to?
MatTek ships our matting products both domestically & internationally by the most efficient means – we are able to provide an estimated shipping cost prior to the goods being dispatched for you so that there are no unexpected surprises.
